When choosing glasses, patience is the name of the game. The staff at EyeTX had perfect patience. They took time, gave me feedback, we laughed, and had a good time. I will be there next year or once I need a new prescription.

All the stars for Dr. Anderson and his whole team. Everyone is so nice. He made the visit a breeze for my 6th grader, very patient with her. I scheduled my own appointment on the way out for the next day. Everything about this location was easy.

I want to take a moment to highlight the outstanding support I received from Laura, a manager who truly went above and beyond to assist me. I had several unanswered questions from another location. And Laura stepped in with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to help. What impressed me the most was her initiative! Not only did she take the time to thoroughly address my concerns. But, she also personally contacted my medical plan to verify if my daughter would be covered for glasses. That level of care and follow-through is rare and truly appreciated. Laura turned a confusing and frustrating situation into a smooth and reassuring experience. She exemplifies what excellent customer service looks like. And her dedication should not go unrecognized. Thank you Laura for your kindness and for treating my concerns with the importance they deserved.
